Torent walked over into the food court. His nose picked out the occasional scent, and made his mouth water with appetite. He suddenly had a thought, and slapped his pocket. He sighed. The money was there. He wandered over to a bench to wait for Jenny.

Jenny wandered into the food court, her scarf tied around her neck as always. Torent was sitting on a bench. She was about to go straight up to him, then she decided to go around. Her eys sparkled with mischief. She went behind the bench and covered his eyes. "Tor, what are you doing here?" she asked in her best imitation of Terra's voice.

Torent had just been siting there undesturbed, when a rogue person came up behind him. "Terra? What am I doing here? I'm waiting for Jenny as you well know! Oh and by the way....." He grabed Jenny's hands, for that's who it was, stood up, and spun. Then, spur of the moment, he kissed her cheek quickly, then each hand slowly. "Thankyou for joining me."

"Uh, you're welcome," Jenny blushed. She laughed nervously. "You knew it was me, didn't you. Well, Torent, where would you like to go? They all smell good to me," she said with her eyes closed, sniffing the air. She opened her eyes. "I'm thinking fish, you?"

Tor smiled, and looked down. "I'm sorry....I didn't mean to upset you. And yes, fish deffinatly for lunch."

"Hmm? I'm not upset," she smiled. "Okay? Really, I don't mind. Come on, let's go there." She pointed at a random place.

Tor grinned. "Okay, I guess we had better get in line." He looked down at her. She was beautiful. Everything accented her nicely. He had a sudden rush. "Do you mind when I do things like that?"

"No," she admitted, slowly as they got in line. "I guess not..." Her face heated up again. Curses, she thought.

There was one perk from working at Laile's Grill. The uniform. Deidre wiped sweat from her upper brow, as she monotonously handed the orders to the (unfortunately) loyal, paying customers. Indigo eyes paused on the sudden hottie shining on the drab and dab look of the orange and fushia decor. He was roughly 6 feet with a muscular build with white hair and aqua eyes. The job suddenly got a helluva lot more interesting. They were approaching the counter. With a smile that could be none other than seductive, she purred, "How can I help you?" accompanied by an obviously suggestive once over.

Jenny kept silent, examining her nails with great enthusiasm. No big, she said as she looked at the girl. Human, of course... To be so close to a human... it wasn't her favorite thing in the world. Tha Captain was an execption, but this human wasn't the Captain. Jenny put her hands behind her back and waited for Torent to order. Better let him deal with this, she thought. Humans freak me out...

Torent caught the voice tricks, and the once over. Alright, this ain't good.He thought. She was tall, and 'well built'. Something just didn't seem right with her though. Maybe it was because she was flirting with him. Everything seemed to freexe as he took a milisecond to figure this out. This girl was hitting of him. This is a negative. Jenny was with him, but seemingly annoyed. This is also a negative. As such, this was all negative. He decided that the easiest way to resolve the situation was to get out of it. "Umm Hello, I would like..." He looked over the posted menu, noticing a grilled fish. "the grilled fish, if you please. And you'll have?" he said, the last directed towards Jenny.

Jenny crossed her arms. "Same." She smiled, but only slightly. Then she smelled the delicious food and lost her train of thought. I hope I'm not drooling right now, she laughed to herself. Then she thought, Gee, I don't want Torent to feel bad... She shrugged with a grin. "I just hope the food here tastes as good as it smells."

Torent gave her a smile that he hoped said 'I'm so glad your here' and did the math in his head. He gave her exact change, and moved over to wait while the food cooked. "You're right! It smells wonderful. And the stuff I've seen come out looks amazing." Like you, he added in his mind. He didn't think that adding in a sentence would be good right now.

Jenny nodded enthusiastically. "To tell you the truth, this is new for me. I mean, I try to avoid humans." Like that girl.... she thought as she looked over at her. "And places lot of humans are in. But it' s fun," she said as she gave him a hug. "Thanks."

Tor had to take a step back because of the force of the embrace. He felt himself go beat red, then said in a substancially higer voice. "No Problem!" He felt like it was 200 degrees f. in the room. His heart was pounding.
